ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture can be used to treat many different ailments that people may suffer from. By correcting the imbalance, or disruption of energy flow, the body is able to heal itself, which allows for harmonization throughout the body.
Some of the conditions commonly treated with acupuncture include headaches/migraines, addictions, musculoskeletal symptoms, dysmenorrhea, infertility, and insomnia/sleep disturbances. This is not a full list of conditions, so please come in today and explore all the possibilities of acupuncture.
REHABILITATION & THERAPEAUTIC EXERCISE
Therapeutic exercise involves targeted movements and strengthening routines designed to correct muscle imbalances, improve stability, and restore proper function to the body. Rather than simply stretching or working out, these exercises are prescribed based on your specific condition to retrain the muscles that support your spine and joints. While an adjustment corrects misalignment in the moment, rehab exercises build the strength and control needed to keep those corrections in place. This combination helps prevent the same issues from recurring and empowers patients to take an active role in their long-term recovery.
PRENATAL CARE
Chiropractic care can help a woman's body adapt to the many changes that occur during pregnancy.
Maintaining optimal movement of the lumbar spine and pelvis is important during pregnancy, as it may help provide more space for the baby within the pelvis. The hormone relaxin plays a key role in pregnancy by helping loosen the muscles, joints, and ligaments of the pelvis to prepare for labor and delivery. These changes can also contribute to many of the common aches and discomforts experienced throughout pregnancy.
Every woman has the right to choose the care that's right for her.
PEDIATRIC
CARE
Pediatric chiropractic care uses gentle, low-force techniques specifically tailored to a child's developing spine and nervous system—nothing like the adjustments used for adults. This often includes cranial work, a light-touch approach that focuses on the bones of the skull and helps address issues related to birth trauma, torticollis, colic, ear infections, and poor latch during breastfeeding. Because a child's body is growing and adapting so rapidly, small misalignments from birth, falls, or everyday bumps can affect posture, sleep, digestion, and overall development if left unaddressed. Regular pediatric chiropractic visits help support proper spinal alignment and nervous system function from an early age, giving kids a strong foundation for healthy growth and helping parents feel confident they're taking a proactive approach to their child's wellness.
CUPPING
Cupping therapy uses suction cups placed on the skin to lift soft tissue, increase blood flow, and release tightness in the muscles and fascia. This gentle negative pressure helps flush out toxins, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation to areas that feel stiff or overworked. When used alongside chiropractic adjustments, cupping helps relax the surrounding muscles so the spine and joints can move more freely, making adjustments more effective and comfortable. It's an excellent complement for patients dealing with chronic tension, athletes recovering from strain, or anyone looking to enhance their overall treatment results.
POSTPARTUM CARE
Your body just grew a human...how amazing is that?
As many women experience, the changes your body goes through during those nine months don't simply disappear after delivery. The hormone relaxin, which helps prepare your body for pregnancy and childbirth, affects ligaments and muscles throughout the body, not just those involved in pregnancy. Because of this, many women continue to experience looseness, instability, and discomfort after giving birth. Relaxin levels can take up to 12 months to return to pre-pregnancy levels, especially if you are breastfeeding.
Receiving chiropractic care after birth can help your body readjust as it recovers from pregnancy and delivery. A postpartum assessment can help restore proper alignment of the pelvis and spine, improve mobility, and ease many of the common aches and discomforts experienced during your postpartum journey.
DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a technique where a thin, sterile needle is inserted directly into tight or irritated muscle tissue, often called a "trigger point", to release tension and reduce pain. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on energy meridians, dry needling targets specific muscular and neurological triggers to interrupt pain signals and encourage the muscle to relax. When paired with chiropractic adjustments, dry needling helps address the soft tissue component of pain that adjustments alone may not fully resolve. Loosening tight muscles around a joint allows the adjustment to hold better and last longer, giving patients faster, more complete relief.
