Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Tatianna Pascale earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences with an emphasis in Health & Wellness and a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri–Columbia before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan University.

Throughout her education and clinical training, Tatianna developed a passion for helping people move with confidence and live active, pain-free lives. She believes the best outcomes come from addressing the root cause of dysfunction, not just treating symptoms. Her approach combines evidence-informed chiropractic care with movement-based rehabilitation to help patients build strength, improve function, and return to doing what they love.

Tatianna has a special interest in rehabilitation, functional movement, women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and caring for active individuals of all fitness levels. She utilizes a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise, breathing mechanics, and individualized rehabilitation treatment tailored to each patient’s goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, Tatianna enjoys strength training, teaching Sculpt fitness classes, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about empowering others through movement and believes that education, consistency, and individualized care are the foundation for lifelong health and wellness.
